Where did the word coffee come from?
ANSWER - The English word coffee is believed to have come from the Italian word "caffe" which was derived from the word "kahveh", which is the Turkish pronunciation of the Arabic word "qahwah" which means 'a sort of wine'.

What are the 6 things that determine a quality roasted coffee bean for espresso coffee?
ANSWER:
1- Freshness - local supply

3 - Minimum defects per 100 beans
4 - no surface oil
5 - Dark chocolate brown in roast color

How do you tell an Arabica bean from a Robusta coffee bean?
ANSWER - Robusta roasted coffee beans are small, round and raised like a bubble whereas Arabica roasted coffee beans are large, oval in shape and sit flat.
